The Apartment

This small studio apartment has the luxury of a living room and the sleeping area combined together to create a relaxed atmosphere. Scattered around the apartment are cupbords and storage areas. The kitchen is well fitted with a cooker, microwave, oven, refridgerator, kettle and a toaster. A small dining room offering comfort with quality table and chairs in with the kitchen. The bathroom is small and has its own shower, toilet and sink.
Other facilities include a washing machine, air conditioning units, TV and radio, access to an elevator.

Bed linen and all towels are provided for, if there is a need for more then it can be arranged on request.

Apartment Rates

We who rent this apartment require a deposit of 30% to be paid up front to secure a booking, and hold the reservation of your dates. It should be paid 21 days before you arrive. Full payment of the balance is due on the start date of your rent.
We also accept and all forms of payment such as Credit, Mastercard, Visa etc .. but all rates are to be paid in Euros.

The apartment is 35 minutes from the Schiphol International airport in Amsterdam and the city centre, the shops and restaurants all under ten minutes drive from the apartment. You can rent a bicycle for tours around the city which can take you further out in to the country. Or for the more adventurous find cheap car hire online for those long trips south to see more sights and stunning landscape.
